To secure a booking with In Luck Modeling, LLC., a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit guarantees the availability of the selected model(s) and confirms the scheduled booking.

The remaining balance must be paid prior to or at the beginning of the scheduled booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cryptocurrency payments may include commonly recognized digital currencies such as:

• Other widely accepted cryptocurrencies when approved in advance.
Payment instructions will be provided once a booking has been confirmed.

• relevance or benefit to the agency
All cryptocurrency or NFT transactions must be agreed upon before confirming the booking.

In some cases, In Luck Modeling may accept barter or trade arrangements in place of monetary payment when the exchange provides equal or beneficial value to the agency or its models.

Examples of barter/trade may include:

professional services

venue access

brand promotion or marketing

products or merchandise

event opportunities

collaboration projects that benefit both parties

equipment

Vehicles/parts

Clothing 

All barter or trade agreements must be discussed and approved in advance before a booking is confirmed.
Trade arrangements will be evaluated based on:

the value of services provided

the benefit to the agency and talent

the scope and requirements of the project
Once approved, the barter or trade agreement will be treated as a binding booking agreement and both parties will be expected to fulfill their responsibilities.
